Im a huge Headless Horseman fan in any shape and form, and as such this card absolutely gives me the shivers

Its still worth running, of course, but its often playing second fiddle to more robust drain engines, like Bastion of Remembrance
This card is straightforward: its Tropical Swing attack deals 40 damage to the opponents Pokemon, and if the player flips heads, the damage increases to 80
